PO passed away and son was selling this. Had been stored in a conex for likely years. Didn't find out if the father was second or later owner. Is badged Model 120, though apparently there was no Model 120 and this really is a Model 100 12" planer. Powermatic serial number decoder indicates this S/N was from 1964.

After almost a year I finished up the restoration (posted over on OWWM forum).
