This shear part is not for sale or trade.

I believe that this is the upper part or arm from a metal shear, made by Excelsior. The blade is 31" long x 1/2" thick x 4" wide (or tall) as mounted. This part is quite heavy by itself. I purch'd this part "as is" in Hamlin, NY, and I have no other history on it. More discussion and photos can be read/seen at this link:
