This appears to be a fairly complete coupled motor drive jointer with an owner-modified much longer fence. The motor is made by The Ohio Electric & Controller Co. of Cleveland, OH, and the entry for the motor can be found here: http://vintagemachinery.org/photoindex/detail.aspx?id=33993
The stand on which the jointer sits was made by the same previous owner who was a tool and die maker. It features extendable and height-adjustable rollers. The cutterhead features a three knife clamshell design with bolts that require a two-pin tool that was not included with this machine.
