I bought an old 16" jointer from Darcey Warner. The deal did not include a motor, but Darcey was nice enough to fish this gem out of his storage unit for me anyway. Weighs about 80lb. The very first time I plugged it in, it started up and ran ninja-silent. It has a 1 1/8" shaft and it has been doing a great job of running my 16" jointer with enormous babbit bearings.
