Machine was ordered on 11/03/1941 by the State of Massachusetts for the Haverhill Trade School in Haverhill Massachusetts, and shipped on 1/26/1942.

Machine originally had a 1 HP, 3 Phase, 550 Volt motor, but at some point in its life, was replaced with a 1.5 HP, 1 Phase, 115/230 Volt "Doerr" motor.

I purchased from an auction in Valparaiso Indiana, and it now resides about 7 blocks south and across the river from its point of manufacture here in South Bend Indiana.
