This grinder was acquired via kijiji.
No other information except it seems to be identical to a SKIL 287 grinder I own.

I managed to receive a user manual and parts list from Skil. It is available on the Skil company page.
The manuals date from 1977 and 1976 so this is where my manufactured date is derived.
