I bought this machine through Ebay from a Vocational school outside of Philadelphia. It still has the original 3phase motor in it, a 1.5HP Delta. I use a variable speed drive to run it off single phase power. From what I've read, this was Delta's largest heaviest wood lathe. Love the variable speed, primarily use the mechanical speed control and leave the VFD at 60Hz.
