This boring machine was for sale a while ago on AmericanArtifacts.com.

Here is the description from American Artifacts:
"The ultimate mortise boring machine, all cast iron frame and reversible 2 speed head. Two levers on the side of the cast iron upright release the drill from the locked up position and engage the rack to withdraw the bit. Tilts to any position and folds compactly. Cast in the upright The Hardware Specialty Mfg Co., Sole Mfrs., Anderson, Ind. Cast on the yoke The Boss Mch, Patd. Also cast on the upright are a depth scale and a decorative two headed spread-winged eagle (probably two eagles, each with one head) and a star. Included are the orig chuck wrench and 3 bits (2, 1 3/4, and 1 1/2). The bits are in good condition, but quite dull. All this machine needs is a busy timber framer to crank it."
