This scrollsaw was for sale a few years ago on AmericanArtifacts.com.
Here is the description from American Artifacts:
"This Victor #4 scroll saw is included in the 1885 Seneca Falls catalog. The machine is marked patented June 12, 1877 and Jan 13, 1885. This model was offered with a flat pulley for steam power. The Victor #1 was identical except for having a pedestal stand and double treadles and flywheel instead of the pulley. The early home made stand is quite heavy and solid, doing this fine saw justice. An electric motor has been mounted on the stand. The now motorized saw is in good working condition. The graceful lines of this large saw make it one of the most attractive early woodworking machines. The 15 dia. patented tilting table is 39 from the floor. The throat is 24."
