This scrollsaw was for sale a few years ago on AmericanArtifacts.com.

Here is the description from American Artifacts:
"A heavy duty treadle saw, substantially larger than the New Rogers currently on the website, the Star has a 14 flywheel, and 5 inch spoked balance wheel. A grindstone and drill chuck are also fitted on the driven shaft. The 7 3/4 diameter table is 34 high. The blade clamps allow use of a wide variety of 5 scroll saw blades. A good bit of original paint and red striping are present. The machine runs smoothly and cuts well."
