"Lancaster Blower and Forge Co. [sic] No. 200 lineshaft driven post drill, with 1904 and 1910 patent dates. 8" clearance allows drilling to center of 16" circle. The 14" flywheel with belt groove can be driven from a lineshaft or motor with a modern v-belt. An electric motor, belt and belt tensioner had been fitted to the drill and will be included, if desired. A hand crank is not provided. The patented ratcheting lever provides a powerful manual feed and can be disengaged when the power feed is preferred. Turning a hand wheel about 20 degrees engages and disengages the power feed and allows instant return when the power feed is used. The 1/2" round chuck is fitted with a Jacobs chuck for using any size smaller round shank bits. The adjustable table is 11 1/2" in diameter. This is a single speed power drill, in good working order."

The 1904 patent is here:

That patent covers the quick-return power feed mechanism.
