This machine was ordered on 7/19/1963 and shipped on 10/22/1963 to Hart Industrial Supply in Oklahoma City, OK. It was shipped with a 1 HP 3-phase motor, table power feed, verniers, and an R-8 spindle. I acquired it in August of 2016. In the photos below, the table power feed gear box is not installed, as I have not cleaned it up yet.
