Found this machine on side of the road this spring during cleanup week. Missing several access parts, but when I wired a new cable and plug into the old Driver motor
s/n 1911da906623, it ran very slowly. Have disassembled motor and starting to clean it. I hope it will run like a new unit when done as I can s/u this unit with 1 type of grit and my old ( 1950's ?) Craftsman 6" x 48" unit with a different grit.
Missing several parts from this machine suchas Idler Pulley Tension Control, etc, but as of this writing I haven't really had a lot of time to spend on this project.
