My neighbor, a retired shop teacher, gave me this sander/grinder in 2013 when he was 90 years old. I believe it dates to about 1980s. The instruction manual was dated 1979. I have uploaded a copy in the publication section of VintageMachinery.Org. The two idler wheels were cracked, which is a common problem with this machine due to age and the original materials used. I was able to get replacement wheels thanks to Jim Liechty (JimLiechty@yahoo.com).
