This is a six inch Di-acro sheet metal shear. It is a Craigs list find, it was in rough condition. I tore it down, replaced damaged hardware and painted it. Now I have a set: the No. 1 shear and the No. 1 brake.

If you are looking for a shear on Craigs list or Ebay be sure to search for a "shear" and also a "sheer" If you don't search for a "sheer" you may miss a good deal! Same for bending brake, you need to search for "brake" as well as "break"

This shear is not for sale.
