Sears Dunlap 7" heavy duty tilt-table saw, built by Central Specialty.
Cast iron base, table and support.
½"-24 arbor shaft riding on Oilite bearings.
>>HISTORY<<
October 2017:
I found this saw in a basement workshop at an estate sale that was ending and the remaining items were going to be dumped.
The saw was powered by a same period Craftsman 115.5764 ½ hp 1750 rpm motor and mounted to a ho-made angle iron stand. The motor cord is a replacement.
I purchased the saw and motor and left the stand.
This saw is void of rust and appears to have been previously kept in a controlled environment (the original Blanchard grind marks can be seen in the table surface).
The previous owner used this saw in his basement hobby workshop, which included RC model airplanes, electronics, and photography.
For reasons unknown, the previous owner painted the miter gauge and fence hardware a light blue.
No further history is known.
