My Dad purchases this lathe used, from a person (last name Procter if I remember correctly) in Loveland Colorado who used it to turn Alabaster stone into Light Houses and many other figures. The Alabaster Shop - 14th & Jefferson Ave. https://www.lovelandmuseumgallery.org/alabaster-industry-in-colorado/
It was used just as a hobby - none of us - My Dad, My Brother, and myself never really mastered its use.
Now I want to learn.
I'm cleaning now
