I have been looking for this size Oliver Jointer for a while. This Oliver Jointer came from a machinery Dealer in Michigan. The jointer is not direct drive. It came with a 2hp single phase Baldor Motor. The motor has an electronic brake which brings the motor to a complete stop in short order. For now, I will use the machine as is .Machine is in good shape and will be a welcome asset to my shop.
