This saw is not mine; it belongs to an email correspondent on behalf of whom I am posting these pictures.
In the owner's own words: "The angle mechanism is missing so the table can only be used flat. Looks like it was removed to make room for the dust collector thing around the blade. The saw is suppose to take a 16 inch blade, but was sold as a 14 inch from what I can find. The blade height wheel is rusted shut, but it can all be repaired by the right person."
The machine has the Clement name in the casting, and an applied label for American Wood Working Machine Co. Clement was part of the 1897 merger that created American. The labeling implies that the machine dates from shortly after the merger.
