I know nothing about this machine except that it came from a school shop. I thought it was Asian made when I first saw it, but it's USA made in Decatur, Illinois.
It looks really ugly and lightweight, but it. Is. Heavy! It has some 1/4" angle steel on it, and a dust collection system of some kind. I still have to get under the hood and look at the motor and blow all the sawdust out to see what all is in there, but if this ugly duckling runs well it might just be the golden goose that laid the fatted calf...OK, my metaphors are mixed up, but you get the idea.
