This little grinder was purchased from a seller advertising on kijiji.
No known history.
A member of the Canadian Woodworking Forum posted a manual but the resolution is very poor. It is in the publication reprints.
Cannot figure the exact model # from the manual. CB-5A is cast in base but from the manual's part list that seems to be the part #.
From what I can decode from the manual, it could be model CB-45G
I found that the POWR-KRAFT manual from MONTGOMERY WARD is very close except it is for a 6" grinder.

I built a base for it.
