This is not mine. Recently listed for sale near Auckland, North Island, New Zealand.

There are no details provided - however I think this is the same model as the other "Western & Co." bandsaw listed by Chris. The motor is a "Bruce Peebles & Co." of Edinburgh, Scotland (no listing for this manufacturer on VM).
