Comments:
I purchased this Champion No. 95 on Ebay. I dismantled and cleaned it, primed and painted the parts of the machine that appeared to have been painted originaly. I made the oak post it's attached to. It's interesting that the lever that rides on the eccentric and advances the quill is marked No. 93 1/2. However, that model--although similar as stated in the Champion catalog--only has two gears, while the No. 95 has three gears. The drill may have been assembled this way, or that part may have been a replacement, although wear patterns suggest the part is original to the drill.
