Purchased new in early 80s. The pressed-steel tool rests were worthless and I heavily modified the grinder to make it more precise and easier to reassemble or adjust. The toolrest lower bars slide in milled slots. Does duty alternatively with cutoff wheel, coarse white wheel (for tool sharpening), and wire wheel.
