I received this partially completed kit a few months ago from a gentleman who purchased it in 1976. All critical components were included, with the exception of hardware, which was easily obtained. Cleaned rust/corrosion off all metal parts, fabricated new wooden parts using included full scale plans, built stand, painted and assembled. Sander works fairly well; however it was difficult to operate until I figured out the rollers needed to be crowned with a few pieces of metal duct tape. Works perfectly now and is a cheap, useable tool that was a heck of a lot of fun to build!
