Found this well used 1268 Pedestal Grinder on CL here in the St. Louis area. It came with the tray, both water cups, and the original No. 1292 Dust Collector. The tray was cracked and broken due to the heavy on/off switch box installed on it. I had to braze it back together. The grinder's Twin-Lites were very cracked and broken with pieces missing internally from over tightening. Repaired them with Solder-It, which worked very well. I did purchase a second set and noticed that the original ones did not have the words Twin-Lites embossed on the top. The grinder also had a steel serial number plate.
Purchased a VFD to run it off 110V single phase supply. Did a total tear-down, paint strip, rewiring, and installed the VFD in the base of the pedestal. It turned out to be an extremely smooth running motor. These grinders came with two types of manual starter switches, a large one for 3 phase or a toggle switch for 115V. I installed a primary on/off switch for the VFD and the lights. the second switch is for turning the grinder on/off. The rotary knob is for frequency/grinder RPM of the motor as needed for specific grinding jobs. This is a great benefit of using a VFD on a 3 phase machine.
