From local CL. Paid 30$ for it. No history. Had a stuck motor which loosened up after I got it home. I will need a vfd since this is a 3ph motor. Of course, someone tried to get the motor to rotate by turning the fan in the motor housing and busting a fan blade and part of the housing. It came with some additional blades
