Comments:
I attended an auction on May 3rd (2017) in Fort Erie Canada, on the other side of the river from Buffalo. It had been a small engine repair business for at least two generations in a low concrete block building - filled with some unique tools (a 16" South Bend Lathe, english built "Eagle" surface grinder), and this highly unusual pillar drill which had no markings as to who made it. The table looks almost like a re-purposed lathe face plate.
Documenting this drill press for posterity - I did not bring it home with me.
