I bought this from an add on a buy/sell site. The original picture from the ad made the saw look pretty bad, but I could see the curve of the frame and the shadow of the table underneath everything else. When I called the PO, and he told me the manufacturer, it pretty much sent me into the world of vintage machinery and OWWM.
Because it was in a working factory (used to cut the plywood parts of steel-framed banquet chairs), it originally was covered up with heavy steel guards. The dust collector setup was made by staff. The factory closed in November 2017; it had opened in 1948. I assume that the saw was there for the time that the business was operational.
