Raised letters on the face say 2161-451, and A.M.&T. CO. INC. ROYERSFORD, PA.
The wingnut is probably not original to the piece.
I got it along with two AM&T benchtop saws 15 years ago from a guy cleaning his Dad's stuff out of a barn in Boulder County, Colo. I was told the old gent was an inventor.
