I acquired it from an estate sale and restored it; Note that this model has a tension pulley whereas many do not. The unit is complete with original wood and attachments. Note that the dust blowing bellows is still attached as well as the back spring metal for additional tension whereas most have been removed/broken or lost over the years. What is interesting is that most photos show this is a "Miller Falls" COMPANION model, it the tool rest is stamped "GOODELL IMPROVED" as opposed to "COMPANION". Maybe some of the extra components were acquired from GOODEELL. The Miler Falls 1907 catalog sell both the Miller Falls later/saw right next to the Miller- Falls, "Companion). BaSince the legs are stamped "MILLER FALLS" I am calling this a COMPANION. Basically, they are the same machine. In the 1930's GOODELL and MILLER FALLS merged
