Not sure exactly what this is but think its a pipe and bolt machine. Would like to give it to someone who could restore it.Will look it over a little closer to see if it has a model and serial number.

[ADMIN NOTE: This machine appears to be a pipe threader. Beaver pipe threading equipment was made by the Borden Co. of Warren, Ohio (later Beaver Pipe Tools, Inc.) Other companies also used the "Beaver" name on pipe threading equipment, but the Borden Co. was in business at the right time and seems to be the most likely maker.]
