This Machine is marked A.S.& J. Gear & Co. Sole Manufacturers Concord N.H.
I found this machine in an old millwork shop in Quincy Mass on the property of
the Williams coal and oil Co.
Picked this machine up about 2005.
On one end there is the faint Manufacturing number NO 1450, Same color and style as
The John White Co, Which I find interesting.
The number 4 in two places is for the top this one's top is number 6 so not its original top
but of a sister machine.
It's original Paint and in good working order. I have used this machine to make window sash
Having a cope in one end and sticking cutter in the other.
It does not have the counter shaft assembly I had a motor mounted on a post and changed the belt.
The motor that was on it was not a voltage I couldn't us so I didn't take it.
The shop had not been used for more than 20 years but the power was still on.
