The Victor was redesigned in 1890 to make it a little lighter but it's still 220 lb's, and that redesign makes more appealing in my opinion.
This machine is all original paint and striping.

You sit on a stool and work the pedals, Because of its weight it really runs smooth, and is one of the 2 pedal scroll saws in my shop that I use often. I don't own a electric one.

Got this one at a antique auction in southern New Hampshire about 2000.
