Comments:
This is a 26" 2 Knife square head cabinet planer
4"table travel wedge bed,2 upper feed rollers before the cutter head.
bed roller on the feed side is also power feed.
2 speed slow and slower.
no sign of pin striping or any other floral work typical of the time.
original color green.
I have pored all new Babbitt bearings as well as a lot of other machine work.

Found this machine in Scituate Mass in 1983 complete, runnable, but out side.
This machine has been the main planer in my shop for more than 20 years.
These photos were taken after about 15 years use.

I have a 5 horse motor on the cutter head and a 2 horse on the feed.
all rollers are power feed except the lower table out feed.
And I do have a dust hood piped up to a dust collection system.

I have run many thousands of board foot through this machine, and
it does a superior job on highly figured wood.
