I found this on Craigslist being offered as an "Older Delta commercial grinder" with no listing photos. It was all the information I needed to motivate me to call. It was being sold be a friendly older gentleman in Sacramento who restored fire boxes, police call boxes, barbershop poles and condom machines. It turns out that he bought the grinder specifically for the pedestal as he intended to use it to mount one of his restored police call boxes to. No matter how much I tried, he wouldn't sell me the pedestal along with the grinder but I was nevertheless happy to get the grinder for only $65. Other than the pedestal, it is missing only the wheel covers, wrench and the water pot. The motor badge is pretty scratched up, there are paint splatters on the grinder, and the eye shield glass is cracked but there really is no rust on the machine and the bearings sound brand new.
