Just acquired this grinder from a posting on Kijiji for 30$ (ca). Looks can be deceiving; although it seems pretty well used, this thing spins so smoothly, it takes over 2 minutes to spin down on power off without wheels (bare shafts).
It will get cleaned thoroughly, bare metal polished, but not repainted.
