I purchased this planer for only 30 dollars. At the time the owner had never even turned it on, the motor needed a good cleaning otherwise in good mechanical condition. The planer had sat in his garage for 20 years unused and wanted it gone. I feel honored to have restored this planer to its current state. It was made just 1.5hrs away from where I live here in VT around a hundred years ago.
