I found on kijiji Québec. It has two speed by changing the hand crank. It has also an automatic self feed or lever feed by turning a hand wheel. The spindel is 1 1/4" with 4" up and down run.The flywheel has 15" diam. The bottom part is missing; column, fork, table and foot. The main frame is broken on the upper left side. The lever feed is adjustable and it has been repaired.
We can read on the drill bit holder "PAT.NO. 857,151 JUN.18.07 C.B&F CO. LANCASTER, PA"
