I found this listed for sale locally on the net, and noticing the style of the casting I contacted the seller right away to go get it.
I could not see the badging in the photo they had of it, and just thought it might be a Delta, but knew that for $30 I had to have whatever it was.
The best part about this one is that it was five minutes up the road from me!
It is in great shape and only missing a knob, the accessory for the miter gauge, and the blade guard.
I'll be doing it up to the best of my ability, then searching out the missing parts. I'll have new badging decals made for it so it will look as close as i can get it to original. I may jewel the table insert piece though, as it appears to be aluminum, and has some very minor pitting or corrosion, and I don't want to sand it to the point of loosing it's flatness. I have gently wet sanded it on a granite surface plate to remove most of the yuk, but the jeweling should hide the rest, while making it fun to look at.
I will keep and use this saw.
