I aquired this machine from a family member. It was sitting outside his shop at the time I got it. I had an uncle with a logging truck, and we hoisted it onto the truck with the loader and chains. Once home, we unloaded the jointer, and rolled it into my shop on iron pipes. I had the flat pulley pressed off the shaft and replaced it with a double v-belt pulley, and put a 2hp Dayton 220v motor on it with browning pulleys. The babbits were in usable condition, and the machine runs well. There are no serial no.s on the machine that I can find. It has a 16" square cutterhead, but I am running 12" knives,as I have been unable to find a set of 16" slotted knives. This machine sees regular use in my shop.
