I bought this machine from the Camden County Vocational School System in Sicklerville, NJ. I was told it was actually used at their Pennsauken, NJ location, just outside Philadelphia. I think this will clean up nicely and make a great little jointer. Couple of knobs missing, but overall these are very well built jointers. The school also bought a 270-D saw from Oliver back when this was new at the same time.
