Found on ebay, posted here with permission of seller. Auction text excerpted as follows:

an antique table saw Built by W.W. Carey, in Lowell, Mass. There is a tag below that says 1891. I beleive that is the date built??? Listed are some of its features:

44" x 49" Cast Iron Top
6-1/2" wood throat plate
17-1/2" wide ornate miter gauge
Comes with newer 16" dia. x 60 tooth carbide blade
1" saw arbor
Babbit bearings
3" wide leather belt drive
Tilting fence
Saw blade raises and lowers
3" x 5" wood post construction
weighs aprox 400-500 pounds

As stated, this saw has a 3" wide leather drive belt. I do not know if it ran off a water mill type system or had a large motor mounted elsewhere. ( does not include any type of motor.)The saw requires a restoration, and would look really nice restored. That was how I acquired it 10 years ago.
