As seen in a shop in Southern Illinois. Machine was only partially repainted sometime in the past. Dewalt and Monarch badges suggest this was a transitional machine.

The machine will tip forward when using the foot lever, if it is not bolted to the floor-or in this instance, the woodworker attached a larger steel plate to the base. See the first photo
