I saw this in the shop of a woodworker in Southern Illinois. Badge says 'Rockwell Delta Milwaukee.

Edit: The machine specs were updated on 6/18/2012 to change the manufacture date. Based on the Delta Serial Number list, this shaper dates to 1948. The original date of this photo entry was 6/7/2005. Admin/DG
