I picked this up after a quest to find a nice little shaper. It came with a non-original motor and a bunch of Craftsman shaper bits in original boxes. I tore it down replaced the bearings, made a new spindle as the old one was stripped out, and re-painted it with a close match rustoleum. I put a period appropriate rebuilt motor. I made a Deco stand and I am very happy with how this machine runs. I think she looks cute and it is a smooth operator. I am adding a reverse drum switch and will update.
