Comments:
We were told this machine was taken to Hawaii and then brought back to the United States by the same person. The machine has lettering written on it 22402003, and #194. Stenciled on the bed ways on the tail is J170-103 and US 32. It is 36" between centers, and 6" swing, 7 1/2 inches over gap. We were told it was probably out of a school, but do not know. We are presently trying to convert it from 3 phase to single phase. The speed control is locked and we are needing to know how to unlock it. Also wanting to know how we can control the speed control manually.
