Comments:
Acquired the Greenlee tenoner and four other machines from owner who was retiring in New
Jersey.Machine came complete with upper and lower tenon heads, upper and lower cope heads, all dust hoods and handles.Top tenon motor was rebuilt from electric motor shop.Voltage is 220,3 phase. What is different about the No.533 over the No.532 is that there is just the bottom cope motor with a 8" spindle shaft with spacers for both cope heads. There isn't any dovetails or other places in the casting for upper motor mounting.
This design gives you more room to change out the cope cutters and making adjustments
and also one less motor and starter and power switch to mess with. This machine also came with a box full of different style copping cutters. Here's some new pictures of the tenoner after a new paint job and all new electrial wiring and new starters.
