I was fortunate to find this band saw in my area recently. With its "Snowflake" wheel covers, the graceful flare at the base of the stand and the way they designed the stand and lower wheel cover area to integrate and visually flow . . . this saw is a classic design!

The adjustable motor mount on this saw appears to be of a different design than what was used on the two other saws I've seen photos of (which have later serial numbers). I'm suspecting that they change the design of that component after realizing that there were flaws with this original version.

The start switch is original to the saw, and I suspect that the Master motor is also.
