Found on CL from a custom leather handbag manufacturer about to close their doors in mid 2016. Floor model Drill Press has embossed "Delta" name on the head and belt/pulley cover, no tab for the normal retirement light and the quill stop tab has a round bore instead of a slotted tab. Also has a high/slow speed intermediate pulley.
